Pay & Hours:

  • Rate: £13.26 per hour
  • Hours: 21 - 36 hours per week
  • Rota: Set 3-week rolling rota (including weekends)

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality care and respond to emergency call-outs
  • Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers, including competency checks and medication assessments
  • Support new staff during their induction period
  • Build strong relationships with Service Users and families
  • Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments
  • Promote independence and signpost to community services
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies
  • Liaise with management, professionals, and families to ensure quality care

About You:

  • Level 2 Qualification in Care is ideal but not essential
  • Experience in care and administering medication
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
