Your Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks
- Supporting clients with medication routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light housekeeping duties
- Following individual care plans and care needs
- Promoting dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing at all times
