Youll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and supporting care staff
- Reviewing and updating care plans
- Administering and recording medication
- Providing personal care and promoting independence
- Supporting residents quality of life
- Working with families and the wider care team
- Reporting safeguarding concerns appropriately
About You
Youll ideally have:
- Experience working in care
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience
- Medication training
- Experience supervising or supporting other staff
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for care
