Nestled on the fringes of Goole, Prospect House is a welcoming haven for adults with learning and physical disabilities, offering a nurturing environment that promotes independence and personal growth. Our home features two self-contained flats and inviting residential rooms, all thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and security. Pay & Hours:

  • £13.70 per hour
  • Days Full Time

The Role:

  • Support our service users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns.
  • Promote independence of our residents at all times to improve their quality of life.
  • Personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene).
  • Observe and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes.
  • Assist with meals and drinks to support our residents' overall nutrition.
  • Contribute and support during activities.
  • Maintain and develop professional relations with families.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Assist with mobility and transferring safely e.g. from bed to chair.

Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.
