The
Role: Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Provide emotional support while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and accurate record keeping.
Support residents with personal care, daily living tasks, meals, and mobility needs.
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and concerns are reported promptly.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Promote meaningful activities, community participation, and positive outcomes for residents.
Act as a role model, providing guidance and supervision to the care team.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
About You Youll ideally have: Experience working in care NVQ Level 2 in Health Social Care or relevant experience Medication training Experience supervising or supporting other staff A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for care Join HICA.
