Pay & Hours:
- Rate: £13.26 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality care and respond to emergency call-outs
- Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers, including competency checks and medication assessments
- Support new staff during their induction period
- Build strong relationships with Service Users and families
- Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments
- Promote independence and signpost to community services
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies
- Liaise with management, professionals, and families to ensure quality care

About You:
- Level 2 Qualification in Care is ideal but not essential
- Experience in care and administering medication
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car

About HICA Homecare:
HICA Homecare - Hull and East Riding currently deliver approximately 2000 hours of care each week to adults in the community who require care and support services. Our priority is ensuring that each of our customers receive an outcome-based support plan tailored to their needs, supported by our dedicated Care and Support Workers to help them maintain their independence at home. HICA is a 'Not for Profit' organisation providing a range of care services to older people and people with learning difficulties both within residential and nursing homes and within the community.
