The HICA Group have a fantastic opportunity available for a Care Assistant to join our expanding team of professionals at our home in Grimsby - Cranwell Court. The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

Pay & Hours:

  • £13.70 per hour
  • 33 hours per week (days)
  • Working on a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)

The Role:

Providing 'exceptional care for the individual' is at the centre of our ethos, where quality of life is as important as quality of care. As a Care Assistant, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.

Cranwell Court is a modern care home featuring 58 beds, thoughtfully divided into a 17-bed enhanced dementia unit and a 41-bed residential development. Located on Cambridge Road in Grimsby and set within its own beautifully landscaped grounds, Cranwell Court offers a range of spacious, self-contained apartments equipped with kitchen and bathroom facilities, giving residents the comfort of their own front door and private space. The HICA Group is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of care services to older people and individuals with learning disabilities, both in residential homes and in the community. HICA is proud to be a Veterans Friendly Framework (VFF) accredited organisation and is committed to the Armed Forces Covenant and its values.
