About the Role: As a Team Leader, you'll help ensure the safe, effective delivery of homecare services and act as a key point of contact for service users, families, staff, and healthcare professionals. You'll support the day-to-day running of the service, help coordinate care delivery, and provide guidance and support to community-based care staff.

Pay and Hours:

  • £13.26 per hour
  • 24 hours per week
  • Shift patterns to be discussed at interview
  • Includes some weekend working

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, incidents, and emergencies
  • Support the effective day-to-day delivery of care services
  • Monitor electronic call systems to ensure visits are delivered as planned
  • Support and guide care staff working in the community
  • Manage incoming calls and resolve issues promptly
  • Identify and report safeguarding concerns and incidents appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records and use IT systems effectively
  • Coordinate staff absence and arrange cover where required
  • Undertake care visits when necessary
  • Ensure effective communication and shift handovers
  • Promote dignity, respect, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
  • Follow policies, procedures, and training requirements
