Pay & Hours:
- Rate: £12.82 per hour
- Hours: 21 - 36 hours per week
- Shifts: Night shifts - 7:00pm to 7:00am or 11:00pm - 6:00am
- Rota: Set 3-week rolling rota (including weekends)
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality care and respond to emergency call-outs
- Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers, including competency checks and medication assessments
- Support new staff during their induction period
- Build strong relationships with Service Users and families
- Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments
- Promote independence and signpost to community services
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies
- Liaise with management, professionals, and families to ensure quality care

About You:
- Level 2 Qualification in Care is ideal but not essential
- Experience in care and administering medication
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
