Make a real difference in your community by joining HICA as a Senior Homecare Worker. This is your chance to support our Service Users and mentor our Homecare team, delivering exceptional care and ensuring high standards every step of the way.

- Rate: £13.26 per hour
- Rota: Set 3-week rolling rota (including weekends)
- Deliver high-quality care and respond to emergency call-outs
- Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers, including competency checks and medication assessments
- Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments
- Promote independence and signpost to community services
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies
- Liaise with management, professionals, and families to ensure quality care
Level 2 Qualification in Care is ideal but not essential. Experience in care and administering medication is required. Strong planning and organisational skills are necessary. Confident using Microsoft Office. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car is needed.
