The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours: £13.70 per hour, Full Time
The Role:
- Support our service users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs.
- Report any safeguarding concerns.
- Promote independence of our residents at all times to improve their quality of life.
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene).
- Observe and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes.
- Assist with meals and drinks to support our residents' overall nutrition.
- Contribute and support during activities.
- Maintain and develop professional relations with families.
- Complete all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
- Assist with mobility and transferring safely (e.g. from bed to chair).
Full training is provided, so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.
