We are expanding our home care support team in the Thorne area looking for caring, reliable and hard working individuals to promote independence, whilst actively encouraging and supporting with making informed decisions. Due to the range of locations, it is essential you hold a UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours:
- Rate of pay: £13.00 per hour
- Minimum 16 hours a week, but up to 40 hours per week available.
- Working patterns varied from 7am-2pm or 3pm - 10pm
The Role:
As a Home Care Worker, you would deliver high quality care, visiting service users in their own homes. You would be responsible for ensuring they remain independent for as long as possible. This would involve preparing meals, personal care, assisting with medications, shopping - ensuring all their needs are met that are outlined in their own personal care plan. No two care plans are the same, each Service User is an individual and care plans written according to their needs.
