Then join the HICA Group today! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Administrator.
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours: £12.66 per hour
Shift pattern: Weekdays Days
The Role: As a Lead Admin, you will ensure the smooth running of the service through efficient and effective administrative support to the branch. You will provide administrative functions to maintain operational functions at the branch. To keep staff records up to date via computer and manual and ensure that data protection principles are adhered to. To undertake reception duties as a first port of call from internal and external callers.
About you:
- A Level 2 diploma in Administration or equivalent
- Knowledge of Domiciliary Care
- Experience of recruitment processes
- Knowledge of confidentiality and its meaning
- Ability to prioritise in pressured situations
- Working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets and using basic IT solutions
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Good understanding of using Microsoft Office

Additional information: HICA is a 'Not for Profit' organisation providing a range of care services to older people and people with learning difficulties both within residential and nursing homes and within the community. Successful candidates will need to complete an Enhanced DBS Check.
