At The Lodge, our flagship dementia care facility within Buckshaw Retirement Village, we are looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.

Pay & Hours: £23.20 per hour, 38.5 hours per week. Choose to work Days or Night shifts.

About the Role: You will spend most of your time within one community, getting to know residents and their individual needs. With full support from a buddy during training, you will build the confidence to work independently, providing hands-on care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will:

  • Liaise with GPs, dieticians, and other health professionals.
  • Assess care plans and review medication.
  • Support residents and their families with tailored care.

Ideally, you will have experience working with dementia patients and individuals who exhibit challenging behaviours. Upon joining, you will embark on a comprehensive Nursing Development Portfolio offering training certified by Health Education England and competencies designed to enhance your career. Additionally, you will gain access to external university-accredited courses, mentorship opportunities, and advanced clinical skills training.
