Be everyone's champion this Summer by scoring a new role with HICA! The HICA Group has new openings for Casual/Bank Care Assistants at our specialist dementia care home in Hessle - The Hollies.
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
- Report any safeguarding concerns.
- Promote independence of our residents at all times to improve their quality of life.
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene).
- Observe and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes.
- Assist with meals and drinks to support our residents' overall nutrition.
- Contribute and support during activities.
- Maintain and develop professional relations with families.
- Complete all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
- Assist with mobility and transferring safely.
