We're looking for compassionate individuals to join our dedicated team at Red House, our Dementia & Older People home in Bridlington. £13.70 per hour ~ Nights ~ Shift Pattern - Working to a rota covering 7am - 7pm or 7pm-7am, 3 shifts per week.
Providing 'exceptional care for the individual' is at the centre of our ethos, where quality of life is as important as quality of care. As a Care Support Worker, you will support our service users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.
We involve residents, and where appropriate their families, in the development of individual care plans, tailored to the needs of each particular resident. You must be compassionate, passionate, and dedicated to giving the finest care possible to our service users.

Red House is a warm and welcoming 48-bed care home, thoughtfully designed into two 24-bed communities that provide specialised dementia care and physical support for older adults. Nestled in the delightful seaside town of Bridlington, our residents enjoy both the charm of local amenities and stunning views of the beachfront and Flamborough Head.
We're delighted to share that Red House has recently undergone refurbishments, giving our home a fresh, modern feel while maintaining the cosy, homely atmosphere our residents love.
