- Hours: 33 hours per week (Days)
- Shift Pattern: Rota-based, covering 7 days (Weekend Availability Required)
The Role:
- Support our service users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs.
- Has a strong background in delivering high levels of emotional care.
- Has essential experience working with individuals living with a learning disability.
- Is confident in maintaining accurate documentation and care plans.
- Is flexible, reliable, and a true team player.
- Supporting residents with daily tasks to maintain independence.
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene).
- Assisting with meals and hydration.
