  • Rate of Pay: £13.70 per hour
  • Hours: 33 hours per week (Days)
  • Shift Pattern: Rota-based, covering 7 days (Weekend Availability Required)

The Role:

  • Support our service users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs.
  • Has a strong background in delivering high levels of emotional care.
  • Has essential experience working with individuals living with a learning disability.
  • Is confident in maintaining accurate documentation and care plans.
  • Is flexible, reliable, and a true team player.
  • Supporting residents with daily tasks to maintain independence.
  • Providing personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene).
  • Assisting with meals and hydration.
  • Observing and recording physical and emotional wellbeing.
