Pay & Hours:

  • £13.70 per hour
  • 33 hours per week
  • Nights
  • Shift Pattern - Working to a rota covering 7am - 7pm or 7pm-7 am, 3 shifts per week.

The Role:

Providing 'exceptional care for the individual' is at the centre of our ethos, where quality of life is as important as quality of care. As a Care Support Worker, you will support our service users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.

We believe that residents should be given the freedom to choose how they live their lives wherever possible. We involve residents, and where appropriate their families, in the development of individual care plans, tailored to the needs of each particular resident.

Red House is a warm and welcoming 48-bed care home, thoughtfully designed into two 24-bed communities that provide specialised dementia care and physical support for older adults.
