The HICA Group have a fantastic opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our expanding team of Care professionals at our learning disability home in Brigg, The Birches.
Pay: £13.70 per hour
Shift Pattern: Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with a variety of care needs and enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives, including personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)
- Participating in and supporting activities for our residents
- Observing and recording clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes
- Reporting any safeguarding concerns
- Promoting independence of our residents at all times to improve their quality of life

The Birches provides accommodation and support for people who live with a learning disability and associated support needs. It comprises 4 accessible bungalows and 2 flats providing accommodation for up to 31 individuals aged from 18 years.
The HICA Group is a 'Not for Profit' organisation providing a range of care services to elderly clients and people with learning difficulties, across a range of services, including our care homes, residential settings and in the community.
