As the Administrator, you will provide administrative support to management, oversee the preparation and production of payroll, collate correspondence and enquiries internally and externally in a time and effective manner. You will also upkeep staff records including new starters and attendance records in line with data protection.
Treating all services users and families with respect, dignity and courtesy whilst always maintaining confidentiality. Always represent HICA in a professional and positive manner. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and ensuring efficient communication within the organisation., As Administrator, your priority will be to ensure the smooth running of the reception area through effective customer care whilst undertaking a variety of administrative clerical tasks as below:

Represent HICA in a professional and positive manner at all times

You will handle and process telephone enquiries from internal and external services whilst keeping a professional manner.

You will handle all incoming and outgoing mail; this includes collections and deliveries from the Post Office.

Manage client record files ensuring that they are kept up-to-date

Type correspondence, take and produce meetings of meetings and provide general admin support to the manager

Check supplies and order stocks as required

Ensure records for the home on the computerised management information system are maintained accurately maintaining confidentiality in line with HICA policies and procedures

Administer staff recruitment, payroll, financial systems of the home and associated documentation
