You will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors and staff while supporting the wider care team when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean residents' bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard.
  • Ensure the home is hygienic, well-presented and free from unpleasant odours.
  • Safely use, store and maintain cleaning products and equipment.
  • Support the care team where required.
  • Maintain accurate cleaning records.
  • Promote residents' dignity, privacy and independence.
  • Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
  • Attend training and staff meetings as required.
