Care Manager (No experience required) in Doncaster

Employee assistance programme and wellbeing support. Refer-a-Friend bonuses. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning, managing, and delivering exceptional care services. Planning, developing, and maintaining person-centred and outcome-based services, ensuring rotas are designed for effective service delivery. Monitoring recruitment needs within your geographical area and communicating weekly updates to the Registered Manager. Managing services in accordance with relevant legislation, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards. Producing accurate electronic and written records, including daily reports, aligned with company policies and GDPR requirements. Participating in the on-call rota to meet operational demands and personally covering care calls in the event of staff shortages. Responding to, and reporting, any concerns or complaints in line with company procedures. Liaising with community organisations and stakeholders to strengthen service delivery. Were looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for delivering inclusive care, and the ability to build positive relationships. Previous experience providing support within a care setting, administering medication, and using equipment. Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. Knowledge of risk assessment, support planning, and a person-centred approach. A Level 2/3 Diploma in Care or another relevant qualification, such as a Care Certificate (desirable). Applicants must have access to their own transport to attend community-based work and will receive a fuel allowance.
