As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the spark that lights the HiBob journey for our customers. You’ll generate leads, build relationships, and guide potential customers through their first steps with us.
Job Responsibilities
- Find new business opportunities for HiBob’s growing HRIS solution.
- Build relationships in key markets to create new opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients and open doors for new business.
- Use multiple methods (calls, personalized emails, live events) to connect with prospects.
- Find decision‑makers, assess interest, and understand timelines.
- Research and map out accounts to ensure high-quality opportunities.
- Work with Account Executives to plan creative outreach and win new business.
- Use our sales tech tools to automate tasks and focus on high‑value activities.
