About the roleWe\’re hiring a Strategy and Insights Manager to own the analytics, planning and strategic storytelling that drives expansion across our customer base. This role focuses purely on upsell and expansion – identifying operational risk, surfacing opportunity, and partnering with GTM, RevOps and Finance to convert existing customers into predictable, repeatable growth. You\’ll be the trusted business partner embedded in GTM leadership, turning complex data into clear strategic actions and running the planning & reporting rhythms that keep the business aligned.

Job Requirements

Demonstrable experience in Strategy, Sales Ops or RevOps at a SaaS company, with a focus on expansion or account growth preferable.

Analytical skills: Advanced Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Looker or Power BI). Hands‐on SQL and AI‐driven analytics experience is a plus.

Commercial judgement: Deep understanding of customer lifecycles, upsell motions and GTM levers.

Communication: Exceptional at synthesizing complex analysis into concise executive narratives and clear recommendations.

Collaboration: Proven experience influencing cross‐functional stakeholders (Sales, CS, RevOps, Finance, Marketing) and driving change across regions.

Tools: Experience with Salesforce and Clari.

Job Responsibilities

Data & insights: Own expansion data roadmap and run deep‐dive analyses to surface risks and opportunities.

Forecasting & pipeline: Build and maintain renewal & expansion forecasts, BOQ coverage calculations, and pipeline health views.

KPIs & communication: Own KPIs and dashboards for expansion and communicate findings and recommendations to leaders.

Planning & cadences: Run planning cycles and operational cadences (QBRs, pipeline councils, rolling planning) and produce concise executive packs.

Execution & RevOps: Translate strategy into operational rules and work with RevOps to implement them.

Strategic Projects: Define account signals and selling qualification criteria (e.g., MEDDPICC).
