We're looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to join our UK&I Marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a highly visible role focused on driving pipeline growth across the UK&I region through strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM), regional marketing programs, field marketing initiatives, executive engagement, customer advocacy, and partnership activations.
You'll work closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, Operations, and regional stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning programs from concept through delivery.
You'll have the opportunity to lead sophisticated ABM initiatives, support major industry events and executive programs, and play a key role in the activation of strategic partnerships, including high-profile sports sponsorships and hospitality programs. Requirements
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience owning regional marketing programs and contributing directly to pipeline and revenue targets
- Strong Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience, including 1:1 and 1:few programs
- Experience working closely with Enterprise Sales teams to drive account engagement, pipeline creation, acceleration, and conversion
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing investment based on business outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable operating autonomously with a high degree of ownership and accountability
