As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Sub Enterprise segment at HiBob, you will drive strategic initiatives to support pipeline creation and revenue goals for high-value accounts. You will create personalized value propositions and customized marketing strategies for strategic accounts. Your work will involve conducting in-depth market and competitor analysis, developing tailored value-based messaging, and delivering impactful GTM strategies, collateral, and enablement assets to support sales and drive revenue growth.
Become an expert in the Sub Enterprise segment, including its value proposition, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Partner with global marketing, sales, and product teams to drive pipeline and revenue goals for the Sub Enterprise segment.
Deliver GTM strategies and cross-functional alignment to address the unique needs of strategic accounts.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS and experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for strategic accounts.
- Proven success in developing and executing personalized marketing strategies for high-value accounts.
- Strong ability to create strategic messaging that synthesizes customer needs, business impact, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Experience in leveraging insights from research to inform go-to-market strategies and personalized account outreach.
- Skilled visual and written storyteller, with a customer-centric approach to marketing and content creation.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically, zooming in and out to align big-picture goals with detailed execution.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to drive results with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver market, competitor, and customer insights specific to Sub Enterprise accounts.
- Develop value propositions and business-outcome-oriented messaging tailored to Sub Enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment with ABM principles.
- Lead the development and execution of Sub Enterprise-specific go-to-market strategies for upcoming product launches and initiatives.
- Create tailored content and collateral, including web pages, videos, one-pagers, decks, battlecards, and account-specific enablement tools.
- Be the voice of the Sub Enterprise segment: advocate for customer pain points, represent market trends, and refine ICP (ideal customer profile) definitions.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing programs that increase awareness and generate pipeline in the Sub Enterprise segment.
- Enable sales teams with training materials, battlecards, and tools that effectively convey Sub Enterprise value propositions and messaging to drive outreach and close deals.
