Your Impact: As the Sales Engineering Manager for UK Enterprise, based out of our London office, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling our presence across the region. You will lead a team of Sales Engineers supporting a growing and strategically important market segment, ensuring they are equipped to deliver compelling, value-driven solutions to prospective customers.
You will partner closely with regional sales leadership to drive growth, develop talent, and establish HiBob as a trusted partner for Enterprise organisations in the UK and Ireland. Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams in a SaaS environment
- Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
- Experience supporting enterprise cycles, ideally across the UK & Ireland
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders
- A people-first leadership approach, with a focus on development, engagement, and performance
