As our Payroll Operations Specialist, you will:
- Scope and design bespoke solutions for custom payroll requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate payroll‑related issues and updates.
- End‑to‑end payroll processing for strategic customers.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience in a bureau or multi‑customer environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, data entry, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple payroll systems and supporting tools (advanced Excel knowledge is a must).
- Experience processing end‑to‑end payroll for multiple customers.
- Understanding of statutory payroll obligations (e.g., pensions, tax, statutory payments, benefits).
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrable experience of complex problem‑solving and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
