The Role
We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to evaluate, activate, and grow integration partners within our marketplace ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams, you'll play a key role in shaping the quality and commercial impact of our partner ecosystem. You'll manage the journey from initial partner engagement through to marketplace launch, while assessing which partnerships have the strongest strategic and revenue potential.
This isn't simply an onboarding role. You'll combine commercial judgement with relationship-building skills to identify high-potential partners, prioritise investment, and help create opportunities for mutual growth.
Requirements
- Experience assessing opportunities against commercial or strategic criteria
- Strong discovery, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Exposure to SaaS integrations, marketplaces, partner programmes, or ecosystem models
- Experience supporting GTM initiatives, partner marketing, or joint business activities
- Ability to influence external stakeholders and make informed prioritisation decisions
- Confidence working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams
