HiBob is seeking a commercially minded Marketing & Events Manager to lead Tier 1 events in the UKI region and Tier 2 events across CEE, especially Poland. You will own audience strategy, budgets, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and BDR to drive pipeline.
Based in the UK with a hybrid model, you’ll travel across UKI and CEE as needed, balancing creative event delivery with detailed project management and performance reporting.
