About the Role

As the Vice President of Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction and operational execution of our delivery functions across professional services and service partners.

Your leadership will be instrumental in managing these areas as a P&L center, driving innovation, achieving operational excellence, and ensuring consistently outstanding user experience and satisfaction to increase customer adoption and retention.

This role reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

  • Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in professional services functions within a technology‑driven environment, preferably scale‑ups and high‑growth organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing P&Ls with a keen understanding of financial metrics and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a high‑growth environment.
  • Strong strategic‑thinking and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to drive improvements in user experience.
  • BA degree required; an MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • HRIS/HCM experience is a plus.
  • Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and implement the strategic vision for serviced delivery via professional services and service partners to drive higher adoption and increase customer retention.

Lead the Services partner program, aligning them with Hi Bob’s overall business objectives.

P&L Management

Oversee professional services and PS partners as a P&L center, optimizing for efficiency and profitability while maintaining high‑quality delivery, including defining pricing and package structure.

Operational Excellence

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery, scalability, and partner integration with efficiency (gross margin) in mind.

Team Development

Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of professionals dedicated to excellence in service delivery and partner management.

  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional service experiences, maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through direct services and partner‑led implementations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging AI, process enhancements, and partner ecosystems to drive better outcomes for clients and the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments—Sales, Product, and Engineering—to ensure services, support, and partner programs align with customer needs and product evolution.
  • Develop and manage the services partner program, cultivating strong relationships, ensuring partners are well‑trained and aligned with our service standards, and expanding our reach and capabilities through strategic partnerships.
  • Establish comprehensive certification programs and structured learning journeys to ensure partner scalability and uniform service delivery standards, including persona‑based learning paths and internal certification and champion programs.
