About the RoleHiBob is looking for a strategic, executionâfocused Senior Global Marketing Programs Manager to drive the next phase of our growth across global and regional markets. This is a handsâon, highâimpact role at the intersection of campaign management, content strategy, and creative production, built for a digitally native marketer who thrives in fastâpaced environments and knows how to scale campaigns and assets with speed and precision.
You will own the full lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns, from intake and planning, through creative production and localisation, to launch, optimisation, and postâcampaign analysis. You\âll partner with global and regional stakeholders to adapt campaigns for local markets, build compelling content experiences, and ensure flawless delivery of digitalâfirst assets across all channels.
Your work will directly impact pipeline acceleration and revenue growth, while shaping how we execute performance marketing at scale.
Job Requirements
5â7 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Strong background in digital performance marketing & multiâchannel creative production (landing pages, paid ads, videos).
Familiarity with digital channels and campaign best practices, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and Display.
Exceptional project management skills: able to manage multiple timelines, teams, and deliverables.
Proficiency in AI and creative tools, analytics dashboards, and campaign/project management systems.
Experience working in matrixed, global organisations, highly collaborative and dataâdriven.
Fluency in English required.

Job ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Performance
Own and manage the endâtoâend project lifecycle of global campaigns and alignment of regionalisation with the Regional Marketing Managers.
Lead the architecture of global campaigns, defining targets, messaging, assets, channels, and funnelâstage CTA planning.
Drive performance asset creation with a 70/30 focus: ~70% on topâpriority global campaigns and ~30% on businessâasâusual production.
Ensure alignment with marketing goals and collaborate with product marketing, brand, creative, web, and sales teams.
Ensure tracking, reporting, and optimisation are in place (Salesforce, Tableau, analytics platforms).
Run structured postâmortems to capture insights and apply learnings for future campaigns.
Creative & Asset Production
Oversee production of performance creative assets (paid ads, banners, videos, landing pages, emails).
Project manage multiple timelines and workstreams across creative, content, and web to ensure flawless execution.
Leverage AI and creative automation tools (Figma, generative AI, Vibe Coding) to drive speed and scale in production.
CrossâFunctional Collaboration
Serve as the connective tissue between Brand, PMM, regional marketing managers, demand generation and performance teams, and creative operations, ensuring global campaign themes are defined and localised effectively.
Shape and execute global campaigns with a strong regional footprint, maximising resonance and imprint in each market.
Provide feedback to global stakeholders on regional performance, buyer behaviour, and marketing competitive trends.
