What the job involves
- As the Sales Engineering Manager for our Customer Growth segment, based out of our London office, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling our presence globally.
- Our Customer Growth segment works with our 5,000+ existing customers to continually assess their needs, understand how we can help them achieve their goals, and expand their usage of Bob even further.
- You will lead a team of Sales Engineers supporting a growing and strategically important segment ensuring they are equipped to deliver compelling, value-driven solutions to our customers.
- You will partner closely with global Account Management and Customer Success leadership to drive growth, develop talent, and establish HiBob as a trusted partner for each and every one of our customers.
Lead and Develop Talent
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, supporting their professional growth and ensuring they consistently perform at a high level.
Drive Global Success
- Partner with commercial leadership across all regions to align on strategy, support pipeline growth, and contribute directly to revenue outcomes.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration
