HiBob helps modern, mid-size businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR and managers all they need to connect, engage, develop, and retain top talent. Since 2015, we’ve achieved consecutive triple-digit year-over-year growth, all backed by our amazing team of Bobbers from across the globe, making us the choice HRIS of over 5000 midsize and multinational companies. Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Fast-growing companies across the globe such as Fulham Football Club, what3words, Fiverr, and VaynerMedia rely upon Bob to help them create the best work experiences for their people.

About this role:

London Hybrid (2 days in office) HiBob is entering one of the most exciting phases of growth in our journey. Already one of the leading HR tech platforms globally, we’re now expanding into the Office of the CFO through our growing Finance suite, including Payroll and FP&A products following the acquisitions of Pento and Mosaic. We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help build and scale this next chapter. This is not a “supporting” PMM role. You’ll be the first PMM focused on Bob Finance in EMEA, partnering directly with Product, Sales and Leadership to shape positioning, launches, enablement and GTM strategy for a brand-new product category within HiBob. It’s a startup within a scale-up: high ownership, high visibility, high impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • We’re looking for a commercially-minded B2B SaaS PMM who thrives in ambiguity and likes building from scratch.
  • The strongest profiles we’ve seen tend to come from:
    • FinTech / Finance SaaS / Office of CFO platforms
    • HR tech / Payroll / FP&A / Compliance / AI SaaS
    • Startup or scale-up environments where they’ve owned GTM end-to-end

You’ll likely have experience with:

  • Product launches and GTM strategy
  • Positioning and messaging
  • Sales enablement and battle-cards
  • Working closely with Product and Sales
  • Translating complex workflows into compelling value propositions
  • Enterprise or mid-market buyer personas
  • Measuring commercial impact (pipeline, adoption, conversion, revenue influence)

Experience marketing to CFOs, finance teams, compliance or operational stakeholders is highly valuable.

What makes someone successful here:

  • You’re highly autonomous and proactive
  • You enjoy both strategy and execution
  • You’re commercially sharp and data-driven
  • You can confidently present ideas to senior stakeholders
  • You’re comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • You care about outcomes, not just activity

Why HiBob:

HiBob combines the energy and pace of a high-growth scale-up with a genuinely people-first culture. You’ll have the opportunity to build something meaningful within a business that’s growing quickly, investing heavily in Product Marketing, and giving PMMs real ownership and visibility. You’ll also be joining a highly collaborative global marketing organization while helping shape a brand-new product category within the company.

Alongside competitive compensation and pre-IPO equity, we offer:

  • Flexible hybrid working in a dog-friendly London office
  • Company share options plan
  • Work from home allowance to set up your workspace
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Paid sick leave from day one
  • Annual UnMind subscription and wellness benefits
  • Temporary remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months each year
  • 25 days annual leave + public holidays
  • 4 additional "Bob Balance Days" each year (one company-wide long weekend per quarter)
  • A day off for your birthday
  • Regular social events, clubs and team activities across our global offices
  • 2 Social Impact days per year for volunteering
  • Employee referral bonus program ($2,500 per successful referral)

We care deeply about building a company where people can do exceptional work while still feeling supported, connected and able to be themselves.
