Job Description

As our Payroll Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Scope and design bespoke solutions for custom payroll requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate payroll‐related issues and updates.
  • End‐to‐end payroll processing for strategic customers.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience in a bureau or multi‐customer environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, data entry, and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple payroll systems and supporting tools (advanced Excel knowledge is a must).
  • Experience processing end‐to‐end payroll for multiple customers.
  • Understanding of statutory payroll obligations (e.g., pensions, tax, statutory payments, benefits).
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrable experience of complex problem‐solving and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
