About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Professional Services leader to manage and develop a team of Implementation Managers delivering multiple concurrent SaaS implementations across HiBob’s growing customer base.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a scaling environment; ideal for someone who enjoys improving delivery operations, coaching teams, managing escalations and driving strong customer outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS business.
The Professional Services team sits within Customer Success and is responsible for guiding customers through successful onboarding and implementation of HiBob.

- Bringing structure, prioritization and operational discipline to a scaling environment
- Coaching and developing Implementation Managers into high-performing SaaS delivery leaders
- Acting as a trusted escalation point for both customers and internal stakeholders
- Helping shape how Professional Services operates as HiBob continues to grow globally
About you:
You’re an operationally strong SaaS Professional Services leader who enjoys building high-performing implementation teams and improving delivery processes at scale.
You’ll likely have experience:
- Leading SaaS implementation, onboarding or Professional Services teams
- Managing utilisation, forecasting, capacity planning and delivery KPIs
- Running multiple concurrent SaaS implementations in a fast-paced environment
- Coaching and developing teams, including performance management
- Acting as a senior escalation point for customer delivery issues
- Improving processes and introducing structure within scaling teams
- Partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering
This role is best suited to candidates with SaaS onboarding, implementation or Professional Services leadership experience rather than pure PMO, support or managed services backgrounds.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Implementation Managers
- Own delivery quality, operational performance and customer outcomes across the team portfolio
- Support complex customer implementations and escalations where needed
- Drive operational excellence across utilization, forecasting, delivery governance and time-to-value
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams
- Improve processes and ways of working as the Professional Services function continues to scale
