Role: Head of Marketing for UKI

You’ll shape and deliver regional marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You’ll lead a talented team in executing full-funnel campaigns, elevating HiBob’s brand presence, and creating a meaningful impact across the market.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Markets, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to align strategy, optimise performance, and translate marketing activity into measurable business results. This is a hands-on, commercially minded leader who combines strategic thinking with flawless execution and a passion for growth.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing programs across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Commercially minded with a solid grasp of key marketing metrics, including CAC, CLTV, and pipeline velocity, and the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of regional go-to-market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and buyer personas across HR, Finance, and leadership audiences.
  • Skilled at collaborating with senior stakeholders and representing the marketing function as a trusted and strategic partner within the region.

Note: We will only consider candidates who can work from our London office 2–3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). We value in-person collaboration and connection, and look forward to working together as a team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the marketing strategy for the UKI region, aligning with global priorities and local market needs.
  • Translate business goals into actionable plans that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and positively impact the pipeline.
  • Utilise data and insights to inform strategy, striking a balance between long-term direction and agile, commercial execution.
  • Deliver full-funnel programs across brand, demand generation, ABM, and customer marketing to drive and accelerate pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales to align on pipeline targets, improve conversion rates, and demonstrate marketing’s revenue impact.
  • Embed customer advocacy and success stories into campaigns to strengthen regional engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the organisation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, CS, RevOps, and Finance to ensure unified GTM alignment.
  • Oversee regional channels, including events, content, PR, and digital, to grow awareness and demand.
  • Collaborate with global brand and comms teams to amplify HiBob’s presence and influence across the market.
