As a Business Development Representative at Hi Bob, you'll play a key role in driving new business by generating high-quality pipeline across your assigned territory.
Working closely with Account Executives, you'll build targeted outreach strategies, research prospective customers, identify key stakeholders, and engage senior decision-makers through thoughtful, personalised outreach.
This is a highly collaborative role where curiosity, resilience, commercial awareness and a passion for building relationships are just as important as achieving targets.
Central & Eastern European market experience
We are looking for candidates who either speak one or more Central & Eastern European languages or have experience working with customers in the region and understand its cultural and commercial nuances.
Precision prospecting: Design and execute creative outbound campaigns that connect with the right people.
Authentic connecting: Build meaningful relationships with prospects and demonstrate how Hi Bob can help solve their business challenges.
Creating opportunities: Guide prospective customers through the early stages of their buying journey by generating qualified meetings and opportunities.

- Generate qualified outbound pipeline within your assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities for Hi Bob's HR platform.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and secure high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
- Consistently achieve pipeline and activity targets.
- Research & Territory Planning
- Conduct account research to understand company priorities, business challenges and organisational structure.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop effective territory and account strategies.
- Tailor outreach based on customer needs and market insights.
- Engage prospects through a strategic mix of cold calling, email, Linked In and other outbound channels.
- Craft personalised messaging that resonates with different industries and buyer personas.
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Continuously test and refine outreach approaches to improve engagement.
- Leverage Technology
- Use modern sales technology and data tools to identify target accounts and optimise prospecting.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline and customer information within Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Use AI and automation thoughtfully to improve efficiency while keeping outreach personalised.
- Partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to maximise territory success.
- Share best practices, feedback and ideas with the wider sales team.
