  • Some experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound prospecting role within SaaS.
  • Experience selling into finance teams or exposure to finance-related products such as FP&A, ERP, accounting, payroll, or fintech platforms.
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders within the office of the CFO, including finance managers, controllers, or FP&A teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and create meaningful conversations.
  • A proactive, curious approach to prospecting and relationship building.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with clear activity and pipeline goals.
  • Experience using sales tools and CRM platforms to manage outreach and pipeline activity.

  • As a BDR at HiBob, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for our FP&A solution by creating meaningful first connections with prospective customers.
  • You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to identify opportunities, engage finance leaders, and build high-quality pipeline across your territory.
  • This is a highly collaborative, outbound-focused role where curiosity, creativity, and consistency all matter.

  • Identify and engage prospective customers for HiBob’s FP&A solution within the office of the CFO.
  • Build relationships with finance stakeholders and uncover new business opportunities.

  • Connect with prospects through calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
  • Identify decision-makers, understand business challenges, and qualify opportunities effectively.
