Customer Growth Business Analyst – HiBob

Role Overview

As a Customer Growth Business Analyst, you will drive revenue expansion by analyzing customer behaviors, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making. You will collaborate closely with Customer, Product, and Finance stakeholders to ensure insights translate into actionable strategies that maximize expansion, retention, and overall customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer, Product, and Finance teams to translate business needs into data requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor growth KPIs such as pipeline velocity, lead conversion, TAM analysis, LTV, expansion revenue, cross‑sell/upsell performance, and more.
  • Conduct cohort and segmentation analyses to identify customer behaviors, expansion patterns, and high‑value growth levers.
  • Support forecasting and TAM analysis to help leadership evaluate opportunities and prioritize resources.
  • Analyze the customer journey to uncover drop‑off points, expansion potential, and areas for process improvement.
  • Align with Finance teams on forecasting, revenue reporting, and TAM‑driven planning.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement scalable process improvements that accelerate growth.
  • Communicate insights effectively using visualization tools and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the B2B SaaS industry, preferably in Customer Growth, Revenue Analytics, or Product Analytics.
  • Experience working with AI platforms on a regular basis as thought partners, solution expertise, etc. – Strong advantage
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, Excel) with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries, build dashboards, and automate reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and customer data platforms.
  • Familiarity with growth frameworks, TAM analysis, forecasting models, and cohort analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong business orientation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
