As a Business Value Manager, you will play a critical role in HiBob’s value-based sales approach. You’ll partner with Account Executives to help prospective customers connect HiBob’s technology to their strategic business goals. Your mission is to translate insights into measurable business outcomes—helping organisations quantify the value and ROI of adopting HiBob’s platform across HR, Finance, and Leadership functions. By bringing a consultative, business-first mindset, you’ll elevate HiBob’s sales process from feature-based to solution-based selling.
- Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to identify and validate customer business challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct structured discovery interviews and workshops with key executive stakeholders—CFOs, CHROs/CPOs, HR Directors, CIOs, and CEOs—to understand their strategic objectives and operational pain points.
- Translate findings into quantitative business cases, ROI analyses, and executive-level presentations that demonstrate HiBob’s measurable impact.
- Build and deliver tailored value propositions that align HiBob’s capabilities with customer priorities in productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Marketing) to ensure a unified, value-led narrative throughout the sales journey.
- Contribute to the development of scalable frameworks, value tools, and best practices that embed value consulting across the global sales organisation.
