About the Role
Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner within Howden Specialty, supporting Capital Advisory and Placement (CAP), Multinational Client Practice (MCP), and Global Financial Solutions (GFS) in end-to-end recruitment.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, candidate communications, and offer coordination.
- Assist with sourcing candidates for a variety of roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Maintain and update the ATS (Workday Recruiting) to ensure accurate data and reporting.
- Coordinate and support hiring events, candidate assessments, and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with TA Business Partners to understand hiring needs and provide administrative and operational support.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media content and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and diversity data.
- Stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Some experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and desire to build a recruitment career.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus).
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take initiative.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Interest in or willingness to learn about the insurance industry.
