The Role

This role sits within the HR function, supporting both Talent Acquisition and DEI priorities during a period of growth.

As a DEI Coordinator, you will own the coordination and delivery of key DEI activity while ensuring inclusive practices are embedded across the recruitment process.

The role exists to maintain momentum across ongoing initiatives, provide structure and oversight to DEI projects, and support the wider HR team with aligned recruitment activity.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinate the delivery of DEI initiatives across the HR function, ensuring activity is progressed and completed to plan.
  • Support and track DEI action plans, maintaining clear oversight of progress and outcomes.
  • Manage the planning and coordination of DEI events, including logistics and internal engagement.
  • Draft and support communications relating to DEI programmes and initiatives.
  • Embed inclusive principles within recruitment processes, working closely with Talent Acquisition.
  • Support the creation of inclusive, bias‑aware job descriptions and attraction materials.
  • Provide reporting and insights on DEI and recruitment activity to support decision‑making.
  • Manage and respond to queries related to recruitment and DEI activity, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support across HR, DEI, and recruitment activity as required.
  • Support and on occasion lead elements of DEI projects or initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Who we’re looking for
  • Experience in a recruitment coordination, HR coordination or similar role within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects, ideally within HR or DEI‑related activity.
  • Experience working with recruitment processes and candidate coordination.
  • Experience managing and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience producing reports or working with data to monitor progress and outcomes.
  • Experience identifying and improving processes within HR or recruitment environments.
  • Demonstrated interest in diversity, equity and inclusion, with exposure to related initiatives or projects.
