Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored solutions and support programme performance for multinational and financial institution clients.
  • Review client documentation, prepare market presentations, and market risks appropriately.
  • Ensure regulatory, tax, territorial requirements are met and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Manage data, credit control, and subjectivities accurately.
  • Build collaborative relationships with underwriters, support client renewals and mid-term adjustments.
  • Maintain transparent communication and uphold compliance with internal policies, procedures and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • GCSE in Maths and English; A-levels and industry certifications such as LLMIT or ACII are advantageous.
  • Sound knowledge of insurance principles, regulatory environments, product line expertise and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication, numeracy, decision-making, negotiation skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable to change and capable of coaching junior colleagues.
