An exciting opportunity for a results-driven eCommerce Executive to join our Marketing team. You’ll primarily take charge of our Amazon account and be targeted around growing sales, increasing product visibility and expanding sales into new European markets. Alongside this function, you will be assisting our Marketing Manager boost our overall online commercial performance, via our website, socials and targeted marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in working with Amazon FBA program - ideally 2+ years.
  • Have experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for producing marketing imagery.
  • Have experience in eCommerce or digital marketing role with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Be capable of producing high quality product imagery and descriptions that help premium products stand out in a busy marketspace.
  • Understand SEO, paid marketing, and Google Analytics, using data and insights to drive traffic, maximise ROI, and improve conversion rates.
  • Be confident in using data to optimise spend in an analytical and data-driven approach with some knowledge or experience in drop-shipping and other growth opportunities.
  • Be self-motivated, organised and able to work independently with excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with internal departments and customers.
  • Work closely with the sales department developing the customer UX to drive sales leads.
  • Spot opportunities to grow our online site while upholding our brand values and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key tasks will include:

  • Oversee daily management of the business Amazon account.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with eCommerce operations, ensuring smooth order processing and stock fulfilment.
  • Creating bespoke imagery and content that drives click rate and purchases online.
  • Drive traffic and sales through digital marketing initiatives, sponsored listings, email campaigns, Google Ads, and AI search tools.
  • Optimise site performance - enhance UX, streamline checkout, and manage updates with our web development agency.
  • Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation strategies.
  • Create and refine content to boost SEO visibility and engagement.
  • Regular reporting on website traffic, sales, conversion rates, orders and customer journey.
  • Drive online growth and sales, using data insights and creative campaigns to boost traffic, conversion, and average order value.
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager to launch and execute online campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of eCommerce trends to ensure our website remains competitive, customer-focused, and high-performing.
