Buscamos un/a QA Manager con experiencia en gestión de equipos y visión estratégica de calidad que quiera incorporarse a nuestro equipo para liderar proyectos de alto impacto, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Queremos a alguien que impulse la mejora continua, defina estándares de calidad y colabore mano a mano con equipos técnicos y de producto.
Habilidades y requisitos:
- Al menos 7 años de experiencia en aseguramiento de la calidad de software.
- Experiencia en la definición de estrategias de testing (manual, automatizado, performance, etc.).
- Conocimientos en herramientas de automatización (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) y gestión de defectos.
- Al menos 3 años liderando equipos de QA.
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinares (devs, producto, negocio).
- Nivel alto de inglés (C1 o equivalente).
