The Club is one of the leading professional football clubs in Scotland. Based at Easter Road Stadium in Scotland’s Capital City, Edinburgh, the Club is a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre. Hibernian was the first British team to play in European competition in 1956, reaching the semi-finals.

Following a period of growth, Hibernian Football Club is recruiting Matchday Hosts to provide the best-in-class customer service and care to all our matchday hospitality guests, who are attending fixtures and events at Easter Road Stadium. The key duties of this role will include:
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and direct them to their respective seats or areas.
- Engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the event.
- Coordinate with the Head of Hospitality and other Hibernian Staff Members to ensure guest safety and compliance with event rules.
- Inform guests about safety procedures in their specific area i.e. evacuation plans, first aid.
- Work in conjunction with the matchday team ensuring a best-in-class experience.
- Inform guests of any updates and communication as instructed.
Person Specifications:
- The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to a changing environment.
- Experience working in events or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
