Hibaldstow Medical Practice is a friendly and supportive rural dispensing practice located in the Lincolnshire village of Hibaldstow, serving a close-knit rural community across the surrounding villages. We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our well-established team for 4/5 sessions per week. Working alongside 2 experienced partners and a skilled multidisciplinary team, the role will involve delivering high-quality patient-centred care within a friendly and supportive rural dispensing practice serving a close-knit rural community.
The role offers clinical autonomy, continuity of care, protected admin time, and the opportunity to help shape and develop future services within the practice in a supportive University Teaching Practice environment.
About usOur Team: Hibaldstow Medical Practice is a small, friendly rural dispensing practice serving approximately 3,500 patients across a wide geographical area of around 120 square miles. Our close-knit team includes two GPs, two practice nurses, a nurse associate, a healthcare assistant, eight dispensers, four receptionists, two administrators and a practice manager. We work collaboratively to provide high-quality, patient-focused care to our local community.

Job responsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work alongside 2 experienced GP partners and a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to our practice population across Hibaldstow and the surrounding North Lincolnshire villages.
Main duties of the role include:- Undertaking routine GP consultations and clinical sessions

- Managing a varied clinical caseload within a rural general practice setting
- Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using SystmOne
- Supporting continuity of care and collaborative team working

- Supporting the values and learning environment of a University Teaching Practice
