We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Area Sales Manager based in the North East of England to join our Sales Team. You will need to thrive autonomously and collaborate across other departments within the company. With extensive experience within area sales, you should have excellent judgment, negotiation skills, customer rapport, and the ability to network at all levels.

How you will make a difference:

  • Proactively manage and be solely responsible for the growth and development of the North East Region.
  • Carry out daily face-to-face visits to continuously develop your key accounts, business relations and product representation.
  • Actively seek and identify sales growth and business opportunities such as developing display sales, stock offers and developing existing business.
  • Collaborate with your customers and clients to identify needs and expectations to improve results through product representation.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, actively train and provide new and existing product information to colleagues and clients that work with HiB products.
  • Maintain a high level of customer relationship management by actively communicating with customers on any issues that need to be resolved in a timely and proficient manner.
  • With consistent daily and monthly reporting, you will provide opportunities for continuous development.

  • Dependability – being reliable, responsible and fulfilling obligations.
  • Sound knowledge of Office 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of Sales I and Share Point is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Extensive experience within area/external sales.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
