A leading international law firm is seeking to recruit two Structured Finance Associates to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice that is currently rebuilding its associate bench, offering exceptional exposure to partners, high-quality work and genuine opportunities for progression.

The team advises a broad range of financial institutions, investment managers, banks, funds and corporate clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border structured finance transactions.

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of structured finance matters, including:

  • Asset-backed securitisations (ABS)
  • Receivables and trade receivables financings
  • Warehouse financings
  • Structured lending transactions
  • Fund financing
  • Other complex and cross-border financing structures

Associates joining the team will work closely with highly experienced partners who are committed to mentoring and developing junior lawyers. This is an environment where motivated associates can establish themselves quickly, take on meaningful responsibility from an early stage and play an important role in the continued development of the practice.

Applications are welcomed from associates with:

  • Between 1 and 6 years' PQE
  • Experience in structured finance, securitisation or broader banking and finance transactions
  • Training gained at a recognised City, international or leading regional firm
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with an interest in building their practice within a supportive team
